Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are considered final based on the information provided. Pricing is confirmed upon arrival. Adjustments will only be made if the condition of the property or scope of work differs significantly fro what was communicated.
Access to Property
Clients must provide access at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, a fee may apply.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not property secured. Any concern must be reported within 24 hours.

Refund Policy
